FRESH MILK

The fresh milk comes from selected certified Italian farms located close to the production plant.
All the fresh milk is of a high quality. The milk is immediately pasteurised and packaged when it arrives at the plant in order to protect its organoleptic and nutritional properties.

HIGH TEMPERATURE PASTEURISED MILK

UHT CREAM

The cream is produced by processing the milk that arrives at the plant on a daily basis. It undergoes a thermal UHT treatment to protect its organoleptic and structural properties until the expiry date. 
It is made without any carrageenan or preservatives to keep it entirely simple and wholesome.


BÉCHAMEL

The béchamel sauce is made following a traditional recipe, using flour, milk and cornflour. Then, it undergoes a thermal UHT treatment that preserves its organoleptic properties for longer. 
It is the perfect ingredient for making your dishes tastier and more delicious.
